QUALITY CONTROL

Quality is an integral part of our entire process.

We work systematically with quality control to ensure that all deliveries meet the agreed specifications — every time.

Quality is ensured through a combination of ongoing peer inspection, random sampling, and documented inspection measurements. Depending on the nature of the task, both internal and external inspections are applied, including documentation tasks and extended sampling inspections.

Our geometric inspection department has access to more than 1,500 measuring instruments and covers a wide range of measurement tasks — including gear measurement. All measuring equipment is subject to fixed calibration routines in accordance with applicable Danish Standards.

The department is also equipped with advanced measuring machines, including two coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) located in climate-controlled rooms. This enables highly precise measurements — even on complex components.

To further optimize and secure the inspection processes, we use a 3D scanner capable of performing measurements with an accuracy of up to 0.020 mm.
